INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS :
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service, FedEx
or UPS. Overseas shipping normally cost about US$6.50-$9.50 (for
up to 4 Cards) or about $15.00 for The Ultimate Box via Mail.
The exact shipping charge via Mail, FedEx or UPS depends on the
recipient's address.
SHIPPING
& HANDLING:
In
the U.S., the same day shipping is available if the order is placed
by Noon Central Standard Time (1 PM Eastern Standard Time). We
ship via US Mail, FedEX or UPS.
S
& H charge for 1 card is $5.00 if mailed within USA. There
is no S&H charge for a second card. S&H for 3 cards is
$5.25* and is prorated for larger
quantities. Shipping for the Ultimate Box and Card set is $8.00
via FedEx ground. You can inquire about the exact shipping charge
through e-mail, fax, or phone.

Exchanges and Refunds Policies aplly only to products purchased
directly from VIKANT-EMB
Claims of damage
or error must be made within 5 days of receipt. Replacement or
refund will be granted.
Returns of non-defective items must be made within 30 days in
their original packaging and in sellable condition.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and prepaid freight. Please contact our customer service department

to request an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without
an RMA number.
A copy of the sales invoice may be required to issue an RMA number.
Dealers'
purchases can only be exchanged or returned for "credit".

limited warranty form Vikant Corporation on cards.
1 year limited warranty on Ultimate Box and Cards (except connector).
All warranties will be carried out by Vikant Corporation.
